When trying to access Jotform in Nigeria the form is showing up blank. We are currently in the process of having users vote for an Event and users in Nigeria are unable to vote. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have VPN'd to Nigeria using GeoEdge. URL - https://www.mtvmama.com/vote/aljvas/vote
As an update, when checking with Chrome inspector, it seems the problem is located in some js files from Jotform.
Could your tech team take a look at this, please?

Hi Barbara,
I am sorry for the trouble caused to you.
You can suggest your clients use a VPN when reviewing forms.
Also, you can download the full source code of your form and add it to your web page in order to move form files to your servers. Then, you can provide a link to your web page instead of a form link: How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form
Can you please share your team member's IP address as well so that we can check?

Hi Sam,
Thank you for the response. VPN is not a solution and that we are running a africa continent wide competition. The problem is not from editors…but users accessing the form.
