How to retrieve deleted field data?

    Good morning,

    I was trying to disconnect my Square account so that my clients wouldn't have to pay the full amount upfront. However, when I did this it deleted all my product options. Is there a way I can retrieve these items so that I won't have to re-enter all the products?

    Also, is there a way my clients can be prompted to make a deposit vs. paying the entire amount?

    Lastly, does Jotform charge a fee to take payments?

    In order to recover data from the deleted field, you may revert your form back to the previous version when the field was still present. This will recover the data too. You may refer to the following guide: How to View Form Revision History.

    JotForm doesn't charge any fee to take payment. However, please be noted that Free account could only accept up to 10 Payment Submissions per month.
