education discount was not applied

    Good Morning,


    Alief ISD was given the 50% education discount but the card we have on file is still being charged the full amount.


    How can we rectify this situation?

    Hello Yasmeen - To confirm, is this the account you're referring to: riskmgnt (ri*****t@aliefisd.net)? I can see it was subscribed to a Silver monthly plan since November 13th, 2020. While the education discount application has been approved the next day. You would need to cancel the existing subscription then re-upgrade for the discount to be applied.

    I can also see that it has been renewed yesterday with the regular pricing. We can cancel the subscription and refund the last payment. And from there, you may re-upgrade to the same plan with the discount being applied.

    Or you may cancel the subscription on your end by following this guide on how-to-cancel-a-subscription. Then inform us here so we can switch the account back to free and process the refund.
