How do I stop getting email each time a form is filled?

Just wondering if you could tell me the steps tp stop getting each jotform a parent fills out from going to my email?

Hi Glanville, thank you for reaching us.

You may delete the Notification, which is found from Settings > Emails.

Then you will no longer receive an email each time someone filled your form.
