Why am I out of upload space if I've deleted form submissions I no longer need?

    Hi,

I have recently deleted the form submissions I no longer need, yet I am still showing I am out of upload space. When I click on the trash, there is no way to purge the bin and free up space. How do I fix this and keep it from happening in the future? If the upload space is total over the lifetime of your Jot Form use, I need to know how I can manage the space.

    Thanks,

    Allison

    Hello Allison,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

Please note that you have taken the correct steps to remove the uploaded files from your upload space. Deleting the form submissions is the correct way to manage the upload space. However, you must fully purge the submissions in order to completely remove the uploads from our databases.

I checked your form titled Nassau Candy New Item Form and it seems that this form still has 47 submissions in the Trash folder that contain a total of 141 uploads.

Please purge these from your account and then check the upload space again.
