Account Subscription: Can I cancel Silver package anytime?

If we sign up for the silver package, can we cancel at anytime?

Thank you for contacting us.

That is right, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
After cancellation, the subscription will not be charged anymore on the next billing date. Your account will stay on the paid plan for the period that you have paid for. You can find a guide for how to cancel your subscription here: How-to-cancel-a-subscription-and-downgrade-back-to-free

If you wish to cancel and refund your account, we will issue a full refund within 30 days from the subscription payment date. After 30 days, if you request to cancel immediately with a refund, we will issue a prorated refund, that is equivalent to the unconsumed subscription that you have left.

When canceling, you will also not lose any of the forms that you have created, but as your account will go back to the Free plan after canceling, you will have again the space limitations of the free plan. You can see each plan account limitations here: Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limit
