Hello,
We are looking to develop a registration form. And when the form is submitted, it needs to go to our server through FTP. But we are not able to see FTP integration in the HIPAA jotform. Can we get help regarding this issue?
THANK YOU.

Hello,
Unfortunately, it's not possible to send submissions to FTP on HIPAA forms. Also, this option is not yet possible on the new version of the submission page, which is the Table view.
I have verified it by accessing one of the form's submissions on our HIPAA test account using the old version, and the option to Send Uploads to FTP is disabled:

It seems that this is due to limitations on HIPAA, and this option is not HIPAA compliant. Here are the applications that can be integrated with HIPAA forms:

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
