I need to reset the password

    I am not receiving emails either. I need to reset my password and access my form asap.

    That’s email I used and the email address that receives an email every time
    someone fills out the form.

    There's no JotForm account associated with the email address forgoodnesscakes.mp@gmail.com.

    The account is registered to the email address (mayganpark@yahoo.com). Please reset the password again and check the email and let us know if the issue still persists. Thank you!
