Hi,
I'm deciding if JotForms is the right system for my organization and need to understand if your forms are "smart" in that they can ask a question like "are you over 18 years old?" and if they say no, they are taken out of the survey form and if they answer yes they move forward with the form. Is that possible to do with JotForms? Thank you!

Hi,
That's quite possible using our conditional logic feature.
At the beginning of the form, add a Multiple choice field with that yes/no question, and set maximum selection to 1:
Then, add the Paragraph element that will be shown if the answer will be No:
Then, go and hide all the form fields besides that first question at the beginning:
Now, it's time to set up conditions that will show either reveal hidden show fields or show a message that they are not eligible to fill the form:
Condition for answer YES:
Condition for answer NO:
