    Not receiving submission emails on forms with page break / custom thank you URL.

    This form was working fine and in the last few days noticed that I am not getting any emails. When I try to send a test email, I get it. but when someone tries to fill out the form, I don't get an email but I can see on the jotform inbox.

    Hello. Upon checking on the email address that is linked on the form, it is not on our bounce list. This should work fine.

    Please make sure that you add our mailing addresses to your email contact list:

    Noreply@JotForm.com
    Noreply@FormResponse.com

    Also, please make sure that you have whitelisted our mail servers if you are still experiencing the same issues:

    amazonses.com
    jotform.co
    secure.jotform.co

    I used to get the emails fine until 9/25/2013. On that day I got a notification that I have received the maximum number of submissions for the free account and I had to upgrade. I did the upgrade but I haven't received anything since then and i didn't make any changes to the form or my email settings.

    Hello,

    I've gone ahead and clear your account's form cache.

    If you are still not receiving the emails using the noreply@jotform.com, kindly try sending the submission to a different email address. This will help us narrow down the issue.

    not working. Tried to put different email and still not working.

    However, I noticed that the forms with page breaks are not working and the one step forms are fine.

    I made a new form and it was working fine until I changed the title of form. Not sure why

    Hello jimmysyf,

    Upon checking your forms, I was not able to find any configuration issue. It should send the submission emails without any problems.

    I went ahead and added a new notification alert in your form "We Can Save your Valuable Time". I sent a test submission and I did not receive the submission email either.

    The issue seems to be of the custom thank you URL. If you test your form with "Default Thank you page" or "Thank you message", the submission emails will be sent successfully.

    I am creating a ticket and forwarding this thread for level 2 support. We will update you on any development through this thread.
