Change question text based on response/answer

    Hi, I would like to change how the question reads based on the answer to a question before it

    If they select "client caregiver/family member," the client name question should read as presented. But if they select "client," I'd like it to read "What is your name?"

    Is that doable?

    Yes, that's possible. First, set a calculation value for each of the options. Example:

    Go to field properties > Options > turn on Use Calculation Values > enter the labels as follows:

    Next, in the same field properties, go to Advanced tab and copy the Unique Name under Field Details.

    Replace the label of the name field with the unique variable you just copied wrapped with curly braces. Example:

    I suggest you also set a default selected value for the single choice options so there always have a label in the name field by default on the initial load of the form.
