How do I link my email so that when you hit "submit" it automatically emails the form to me?

To have the forms sent to your email adress you must first setup an Email Notification (Email Alert).
This can be done like so:
Go to Setup & Embed then to Email Alerts on the top toolbar of the Form Editor.
Click on the Existing Email Notification or Create a New on if needed:
Then being filling out the settings as needed.
Sender Name should not be left blank, you can select a field on your form to fill this in.
Sender Email is the Email that will be used to send these submissions out. You can use firstname.lastname@example.org or you can also setup your own email address (you will need to go through the verifying process to use your email).
Reply to Email address should be the email address of the user that filled the form out.
