    3) Required fields for names with Prefix and Suffix should clearly show what and what is not required. Adding asterisks to the placeholder text of First Name and Last Name would solve this problem. (see below screenshots)

You can try adding an Asterisk to the sub-labels to denote that the respective field is REQUIRED. Here's an example:

Thank you for this tip. We've dropped the card style form in favor of a traditional jotform for this client, so I can adjust the CSS myself now.

There are just too many issues with the Card form, and no firm dates as to when they'll be corrected, for us keep waiting. Our client needs a reliable form up and running now.

We've already wasted a week just finding and reporting issues with the Card form, and the fact that "swiping" disables conditional logic rules is totally unacceptable. So even if all the other layout and fonts size issues are corrected, that broken "feature" is a total deal-breaker for our using the Card form.

Hello - Thanks for updating us and we apologize for the inconvenience.

I see your other opened tickets related to card forms are already being worked on by our developers. We'll be updating you on those tickets as soon as we receive feedback from our devs.

    We appreciate your patience.
