    I'm currently logged on and I cannot find my form and its submission.
    This is my first time using your platform and I don't understand what is happening.

    Please advise as soon as possible as this is a project for my classwork due soon.

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support, we do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    After checking your account, I did find the form you have shared with us located on your main forms page. All of your saved forms will be displayed on your dashboard after you log into your account.

    Here is a screenshot of the main forms page of your account to demonstrate that the form you have shared IS there.


    Can you kindly log out of your account and then log back in to see if the form will appear there for you?
