Share form and send email

    How can I share the form so another person can send it out to the students and receive the results to the office email address?

    Just to clarify, this other person you are referring to, do they need to be able to receive a notification email?

    Or the notification email needs only to be sent to one specific office email address?


    If only for one specific email, then you can just share the form's direct link and anyone who has that link can share and fill out the form.


    If not, kindly explain the complete workflow of your form so we can provide an alternative.

    No, I created the form for another department. The head of the department has her own Jot Form account with her department's email address. I wanted to know how to transfer the form to her so she does not have to recreate it.

    Or, if you don't want to keep the form on your account, we can transfer it to the other account.

    For this, we would need a confirmation of the Form ID/URL and the name/email of the account you would like to transfer the form to.
