Where's my money?

I can't find the money from the form, what can i do?

I did check your form and found that you have integrated it with your Square account. Please note that all payment submissions you receive in form, the payments are directly to the payment gateway which you used to integrate your account.

You need to log in to your Square account, and you should be able to see the transactions. If you are not able to see the transactions, you need to contact Square support, and share the transaction ids, and they will be able to help you. You can find the transaction IDs in form's submission.
