    The test emails are coming through ok but not the emails from the forms

    Really not sure whats happeneing, the test emails are coming through but not the forms

    I urgently need my forms to come through as they are for customers orders and without them my business is hard to run

    Hello skarlettnoire,

    Upon checking your account, I did not find any notification configuration problem. It should send you submission emails normally.

    Have you already checked your spam folder? Though I was not able to find any logs for the email address "skarlettnoire@btinternet.com", can you please confirm if you had some other "Recipient Email" address earlier?

    I see that now you have changed the "Recipient Email" address and also the account email address to "Help@skarlettnoire.biz".  Our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent to your email inbox. Please see the log here:

    I was using skarlettnoire@btconnect.com before, and that the one I would ideally like to use, doesnt matter as long as I get  them, but I just tried the form on my ebay listing and fingers crossed they seem to be fine

    Is there any way I can have all the form from yesterday sent to that email, otherwise it will take me ages to scroll back and forward through all the forms trying to find the wording for each order
