Why doesn't the link work?

    Hello, Could you help me? The link (for JotForm)in the below page/link doesn't work. 

    Please check "CLICK HERE" in the section "Bursaries, Scholarships, and Fellowships" in the below link.

    I attached a picture. When I click "CLICK HERE" from my laptop and iPad and smartphone, evey time the same error page comes up and I cannot process my application via JotForm.

    The error page says,

    /bin/node8: error while loading shared libraries: libdl.so.2: cannot create shared object descriptor: Cannot allocate memory


    Could you tell me why it doesn't work and how you can fix it?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I was able to replicate your issue from the website you have shared with us. It's probably a conflict with the way the owner of the form has integrated it into the website.

    Unfortunately, to advise and make any changes we need the owner of the form to contact us, we cannot make any changes on behalf of the owner regarding the demands of a user. I would suggest you contact the website and explain to them that one of the forms is not working we will then advise them on how to process.
