Add link to another form

I also would like to ask, can I add another form link onto the current form. a evaluation form for the interviewer to click and fill up?

You can use the Paragraph field to create links within your form. This way, users can click on the link and the page will be loaded on another tab so the form stays intact and they can view relevant details on another tab.
