Users are redirected to JotForm homepage when opening a form

Hi

I have inserted a link into an email - but when people go to click on it, it just takes them to the Jotform page, rather than the actual form.

What am I doing wrong??

Your Nurture certificate form is loading fine on my end.

Maybe the form was private when you shared it with your users? Did you change the form settings to Public? If the issue persists, please provide us the exact link you sent to your users via email.
