We an old form from last year with a single submission cost of £10 GBP +VAT at £2

It was link to from http://antepavilion.org/antepavilion-2020-september-ARCHIVE/2020.html --see bottom of page.

This JotForm page was set up by people who are no longer available.

I have cloned the page and run a test mail - the page mail to us ok.

However I am not sure how the CCard fields work and whether they tranact with a 3rd party of the data is sent to our primary address as the fields are not actionable; ir. you can't click in them to enter even a test cc number.

Can you clarify the way this worked?

Hi Antepavilion, thank you for reaching us.

I checked the original form (193605150563354), it looks like the form is using Stripe as their Payment Processor.

You will need to set up the Stripe in your current form (203493463465359) first before do a test submission.

To set it up, you may refer to our detailed guide here: How to Integrate Stripe with your Form.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
