Password Reset

    HI,

    I used the password reset because I could not log in to the jotform.

    The code sent via email is stating that the reset code expired. I have tried twice already.

    Please help.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I have gone ahead and initiated the password reset of your account again. You must have received the password reset instructions email. Please try to reset your account password and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Hello Huey,


    Following https://www.jotform.com/answers/2768051 where you told us that the password reset is still giving you the same error.


    Could you please kindly try initiating a password reset again?

    If you trigger the password reset email multiple times, make sure to click on the reset link from the most recent email message.
