Hi, when you say there are 25 forms limit, does it mean 25 max per month or forever? Same questions with submission limit, are those per month or lifetime? Thanks!

The Forms limit is a fixed limit, which means it won't reset. The submissions limit (payment and non-payment), form views are monthly. Please check the following guides for more details:
