I bought the silver account but still cannot access the HIPPA compliant forms.

    I bought the Silver account because it had HIPPA compliance but I cannot access the HIPPA compliant forms. Did I purchase the correct thing and is there a phone number I can call to speak with someone about this issue?

    I was able to confirm that the account is in Silver subscription already, but that doesn't automatically make your forms HIPAA-compliant. It is an optional feature for both Silver and Gold subscriptions.

    If you need to use the said feature, you would need to enable it via the account's data page. Please refer to this guide on how-to-upgrade-to-hipaa-compliance.
