One of my users is locked out of his account, can you reset his password?

    Me and Jerry Thomas are both sub-users on the account for Jerry Thomas says that he's been locked out of his account. He tried to reset his password this morning, but hasn't gotten any emails to reset it yet. Can you please assist?

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

    Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to reset your account password for you as that would be a violation of our Terms of Use. However, we can assist you with getting the password reset link sent to your email.

    If you can share the username or email address of the account that you cannot log into, we can go ahead and send the password reset link to the email of that account. From there, you will be able to reset the password yourself.

    Also, if you have already requested the reset password link but have not received it, it is possible you have used the incorrect email. Please note that you need to use the exact email address associated with the account to request the password reset link, if the incorrect email is used, no email will be sent at all.
