Is there different form elements on different accounts?

Hi, I have a business account with an upload form i've been using for years. I noticed that when i created a free personal account the same upload form element is infact newer and nicer looking - seems more functional. Any idea why this is?

Every account has the same form elements. To confirm, are you referring to this following form (81124826747158)? I checked the form and it looks like it is still using Old Theme. You may kindly switch to our new default theme instead.
