When I send a form to a participant it goes in their junk/spam file

    Hell

Thanks for directing me to your FAQs. I’m afraid it didn’t answer exactly my enquiry. My issue is that when I send my forms out (either by gmail or using JotForm mail out option) they are sent to the recipient’s Spam or junk file and therefore not always being picked up by recipients. (I’m receiving the JotForm notifications fine). Which method of sending is less likely to end up in Spam?

Secondly the emails I’m sending to might be received by mobile, tablet or computer. Does this matter? I’ve noticed that my responders tend to be those operating with tablets or mobile phones. I’m worried I might be somehow blocking out the others ?

    hope you can help.

    thanks

    Hello Vicki,

I have verified that your account email address, sandwich@theartssociety.org is not on our bounce or unsubscribe list. It seems that the issue has something to do with your client email. if it is doing the same issue when using Gmail you may reach out to your IT team or email service provider as there are a lot of reasons why your email is being filtered as Spam.

    For reference: https://mandrill.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039294553-Why-are-my-emails-going-into-recipients-spam-folders-

I have also tried to send the form through the form builder to my email and it seems that I have received it in my inbox:

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
