Hi I am looking to track incoming leads on a daily basis but i also want to see the numbers weekly and monthly to check closing ratio's. Is there a template to help with that? or can I get help setting that up? I get leads from many different sources. Can I import data from another form. So I can one final report rather than going over several of them?

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
To track the source of the leads, you can add our Get Referrer widget to your form.
Please also see our guide how-to-add-a-widget-to-your-form.
Do you already have a CRM, like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Zoho CRM?
If you have a CRM in use, or are planning to use one, you can easily integrate your form with one of our 17 CRM integrations to manage your leads from the form submissions.
You can also manage the form submissions and leads in our Tables, and there is also multiple CRM Templates available for the Tables. With Tables, you can manage data from multiple forms, and use filters to access only the data that you need. You can also create new tabs from the filtered data, to handle the filtered data exclusively.
Please see more details below:

Hopefully this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions, or need help setting things up, and we are happy to help you!
Best Regards, -

My sales people input data from each quote. Is there a report that helps me track what each salesperson enters? I would like to see what each individual person inputs for the data, also as a whole team. Do you have insurance sales specific forms? Like insurance quote forms that the sales persons enters ? or sales tracking ?

Apologies, I'm quite confused about your question.
Please note that you can view your submissions on the Tables page. In there, you can view everything that the salesperson enters:
If you are referring to something else, please share the form URL and please explain in detail your concern.
As for your last question, will be answering you in the ticket linked below:
