PDF can not be open in Internet ExplorerAsked by Acadian on October 08, 2013 at 10:18 AM
I have edited our Contact NEMSA form with a .pdf file and the only issue I am having is individuals in Internet Explorer can not open the .pdf attached.
Is there a better way of going about the response?
Thanks for your time.
if you refer to the pdf file linked inside the form autoresponder, I was able to open it using internet explorer version 9 and 10. It is possible that older IE versions the dropbox PDF viewer doesn't work as expected.
You can add an alternate link to the pdf document, for example you can upload a copy of the pdf file to your own webhosting "http://nationalemsacademy.com/pdffile.pdf" then add this link to your form autoresponder.
Hope it helps
