Hello, my name is weston and i happen to stumble upon your site and liked what i saw, and hoping you guys maybe able to help me?!
I was recently put into a position of learning on the go with php forms and databases, all of which im totally new to, and told to learn on a quick base.. im hoping your site is the answer i need to what our problem is, if not that is ok also i still like your site! :)
Hopefully i can explain this well,
On user logins after they log in they must watch training videos, but the company has been assigning them manually to the users... is there a way to make a form that when they sign up they can click on check box or a radio button on the form of what position thry are and it will make a link to those certain videos automatically through the form for them to watch?! i hope this makes sense!

Hello Weston, as far as what I can understand, this is possible but somehow limited on what you are trying to do as this involves a database for the sign up form. Since you have already a sign up form, you can just make another separate form here on JotForm that will let them choose their current position or ranking and set a Condition on the result of their choice which upon submission will redirect them to the video link.
Please see this demo form that I created to show you that.
In configuring the URLs, I set a condition
1. On the conditions wizard, choose Change Thank You URL after Submission
2. You can modify the following details on the next window according to your specifications
Then are done!. It is really simple. Try cloning the demo form I created for you so that you may start customizing it according to your needs. Follow the steps here on How to clone forms from a web page
