Hello, i want remove security recaptcha from all my user submission.
How to do that?
i don't care anything happen with my form, i'm just not want recaptcha on my form.
this is my form:

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.
I have tested your form and I can see that there is a captcha field appearing after the form is submitted. I also checked the IP address you shared and it seems that it is not banned or flagged in our system. This IP does not seem to be causing any issues. But the issue may be coming from a public IP.
Can you please visit the following link and share the IP address that you are given so we can check them on our end?

Also, we do have a 60 submissions per minute per IP address limitation to prevent spam submissions. However, it does not seem that your form has been submitted at all. Have you made submissions to this form and then deleted them?

i have 3 submission before, and i delete all submission.
include the trash.

hello, i 've try to clone my form, its same, rechaptha appear after submited, but maybe the problem on auto responder, because i delete all auto respnder and its can submited without rechapta. but i need auto responder. i think its from auto responder settings.

hello thats happend when i edited autoresponder default content.
even i just deleted one row of default table content, rechapta appear, but if thats default its not.
why like that?

Please test your forms now.
If you are still getting captcha, please let us know, and we will forward this problem to our developers so that they could white list it.

ok thanks.. its solved in my browsers.
but how about my user? they will appear captcha or not? cause ip address are different right?

Hi there,
I tested your form and I didn't get the captcha, so it should not appear to your users as well.
Please have someone test it from a different network to confirm.
If the issue still persists please let us know.
