Issues with Jotform Store

HI,

I am having an issue with this online store I created:

Payments are not going through and error messages keep popping up. I had a customer try and place an order totaling $1000 and the store would not accept the payment and a bunch of "jibberish" populated as if the entire webpage and text boxes were encrypted. Please advise how this can be fixed?

I need the payment to be encrypted, but not the text boxes.
