allow access to form

I have setup multiple HIPPA Compliant Applications under our agency account.

Is there a way users can create separate log in accounts but still gain access to a specific application/form, instead of all users using the same log in credentials and having access to all forms (which we do not want)? Thank you

You can make use of the ASSIGN FORM feature. You can add other users as your form assignees, so they could have access to the form and make/view submissions. However, there's no option for them to edit the form.
