    From field in my email notification is not showing childs full name

    I have taken in hundreds of submissions and suddenly the from field does not give me the childs name in the email notification.  I need this.

    Hello, I managed to clone your form and did a test submission. The child's full name is showing on the From Field:

     

    It is showing as well in the content of the email notification on my end.

     

     

     

    I already cleared your form's caches from our end. Please see if it fixes it.

     

    You could also clone your form and re-embed that form on your website. Please let us know if the problem is still there. Thank You.

    It is not working for me, and I even cloned a form that was working

    Hi,

    I have also tried it on 3 of your forms that has childs full name field and was able to receive it my notification with Child's Full Name field. I would just like to ask where do you view your emails, like web or 3rd party apps like MS outlook.

    Now that I am looking, it comes through in gmail...I use Thunderbird for
    mail and in that system the name does not show. I wonder how I can fix
    that.

    Hello Amanda,

    That is actually a very strange behavior. Submission emails should show the child's name in thunderbird as well.

    I went ahead and added the Child names field manually in your notification alert. I have also sent you a test submission on this form "Afterschool Winter". Can you please confirm if you see the child's name in your notification email (in thunderbird).

    Do you have addons on Thunderbird? I personally use Thunderbird a lot and I have addons too. Occasionally they interfere with the Thunderbird's behavior and sometimes it makes it unresponsive. You could try disabling them one by one and test your forms as you go for each one.
