Question order is wrong in "preview"

When I look at my form in "build" mode, my questions are in the correct order, but when I click "preview", they are out of order. The order of questions is important because I am using conditional logic to determine the last several questions for each respondent. Help?

    Thank you for contacting us.

I carefully look into your form's "Build" and "Preview" mode, and the question's order are matching. May we know which questions are not in order in the "Preview" mode? I can't seem to figure out which question. It would be great if you can share with us screenshots of those questions.

Also, kindly check your form again to see if the issue still persists, I have cleared your form's cache as a precaution.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hello,

When I went to review the form again, it appeared that now both "build" and "preview" views were identical, but rather than the "preview" mode adjusting to match the "build" mode, the opposite happened. I had to go into "build" and rearrange all the questions again. It's all sorted now, but I'm really hoping this doesn't happen again. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Lauren,

Glad to hear that it is sorted now, and hopefully this doesn't happen again. If it does, please do let us know so we can look into it again, or you may clear your form's cache, which usually resolves common issues.

    Thank you.
