One single submission came through without a PDF attached today

    Over the weekend I added a PDF to the emails that are sent after my form is submitted. It worked perfectly for all submissions except one today. Everything else worked fine with this submission (stripe integration, etc) but no PDF was attached. There are two notification emails sent and the PDF wasn't attached to either.

    Is there an error log that can tell me why? It was the submission with OrderID 22076

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Please note that by default, if you have enabled PDF Attachment within your emails, the system will always attach the PDF.

    However, in cases where the system is having a problem while generating the PDF or while attaching it, hence, as a backup process, you will be provided with the PDF link.

    If the link provided has expired, I suggest you manually add a PDF link directly to the email so regardless if the PDF is attached or not, users/you will always have the option to download it.
