Can Forms be on Different Web Pages?

Hello,

I want to upgrade, but wanted to know if I can have a form(s) on different web sites?

So, I have 1-3 forms on my site ZumaLounge.com. Can I also put a form on another site that I own and manage? CityTourist.com?

I'm asking, if I have three forms (group A) and different three forms (group B) can I have all the group A forms in one domain, and all the B forms in under a different domain? Is there a limit to the number of different domains that you can put your forms under?

Just to clarify, assigning custom domains to forms is only available to our Enterprise Plan users.

However, as a workaround, you can instead embed the form to your website so your users can see your own domain.

In addition, please note that we do not keep track of where you embed your form or how many times you embed your form unless our Reviewers team caught something suspicious in your form or it has violated our Terms Of Use.

As such, to simplify, yes, you can embed your forms anywhere.
