I paid $29 to be able access forms and invoice faster using templates, but nothing is working for me. I can even change a logo on templates, so what is going on, please put me through or process a refund

May I know what issues are you having when using a template? Do you get any error when cloning a template? Please provide us with more details.
As for the logo, are you referring to form logo? Can you please send us a screenshot of the issue?
