Get the form to autofill the last name of employees once the first name is filled in

Hi,

I'm trying to get the form to autofill the last name of employees once the first name is filled in.

Does prepopulating allow this once the form is filled in repeatedly?

As far I can understand the prepopulating fields in this case would mean I'd have to manually fill the name and last name for each form and send them out.

Could you please help me find a solution?

Although if you want to have the form being sent each time with some customization in the style of "Hello Employee Lastname Firstname", you would have to indeed modify it manually.
