Account limit

    My account has been disabled due to the storage limit. I wanted to download some of my subscriptions but I now cant access my forms. Can you please advise?

    Your account is still active, however, the forms have been disabled due to exceeding the storage limit.

    I would recommend you to log in and I would suggest creating a backup copy of your submissions first prior to deleting them.

    This way you can be within your storage limits and still have a copy of your submissions.
