Finding Submission E-mails from Account History

    I need an e-mail around April and May, from Craigs List a reply, cant' remember the mans name - can you help me

    Hi Georgiana Reehl,

    As per our records, your account 'Georgiana Reehl` does not seem to be registered on JotForm. The account owner of the form should get in touch with us if needed. But you can use the "History" tab on the "Account Page" of the owner of the form that you needed the submission information from. You can see a specific time period for the e-mails on the History tab.

    Please follow these steps and see the screenshots below to reach your e-mail history:

    1. On the "My Forms" page, click your "Avatar" from the top left of the page.
    2. Click "Settings".
    3. Click the "History" tab.
    4. Select "Emails" from the "All Actions" drop-down menu on the top right of the page.
    5. Click the time drop-down menu next to the actions drop-down menu and enter April and May as you wish to investigate the e-mails between that time period.

    And you will see the list of e-mails sent and the e-mail addresses of the receivers in that time period, similar to the example screenshot below. You can click on the blue small ARROW to view the e-mail details and content in a new window.
