Cancel Membership

    Hello I was just charged for what I believe is an automatic renewal on my account. I have gotten a new software system and no longer need JotForm. Could I please cancel my membership and be reimbursed the fee? Thank you

    I did check your account "Bonenfant" and found that you only have a free account which was signed up on Dec 07, 2020.

    Do you have any other account which you upgraded? Please let us now your account username or the email address used in account profile? Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form id, form URL or web page URL where you have embedded your form, and we will take a look.
