Once the candidate fills out the form, where does the responses go?

I want to access the responses of the form. Where do I access it from? Can multiple emails access the data?

As I understand correctly, you want to see all your submissions.

If so, you need to follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to the My Forms page and select the form with the submissions you want to view.

Step 2. Click the Submissions button in the top toolbar.

Step 3. You’ll be redirected to JotForm Tables, where the submissions are listed.

Also, you can share your submisson list via Email.

Just find "SHARE" button in your form's submission page.
