Can you remove me from your newsletters or subscription?

I wanted to say that I liked to use this service. The surveys were easy to setup and everything else was fine. I only used it for school purposes and I am no longer using this service. I would want to be unsubscribes from receiving emails or removing my account from your database. Whenever I view mail for unsubscribe, they never remove me from newsletter.
