I am transferring my JOT form account to another person , I want my credit card details removed from the account

You may change the credit card details on your Settings > Billing > Payment Method > Credit Card: https://www.jotform.com/help/330-how-to-change-billing-credit-card
Or may downgrade the account back to free so you re-upgrade using a different card: https://www.jotform.com/help/341-how-to-cancel-a-subscription-and-downgrade-back-to-free

Sorry my credit card details are still in the system as the Default , I downgraded but it won’t happen til July 2021 , the transfer of the account is tomorrow, can u please delete my credit card from the system

*Date of transaction:
This will help us locate the account where the card is associated with.

its logged as default , and cannot be removed

I did check your account and found that you have bronze yearly subscription. To remove your credit card, we will have to cancel your subscription and downgrade your account to free plan. Once your account is downgraded, the credit card will be removed from your billing profile.
Please confirm if you want us to cancel your subscription and downgrade your account to free plan, we will do the needful.
We will wait for your response.

Yes please downgrade and remove the Credit Card from the billing profile

As requested, we have now cancelled your paid subscription with account/username bedsbuckswhc
The credit card information were removed from the Billing profile.
The account is also now downgraded back to FREE plan.
