Need to update payment information

    We do not have account login information due to work place turn over, however, we have received an email indicating our account is past due and will be deactivated if not paid. Please help.

    It seems that the email address: dmajor@spiritleatherworks.com is a guest account.

    Can you please share with us the email address where you received this email? As well as a screenshot of the email content for us to locate this on our end?

    Hi Kenneth, The email regarding a past due balance was sent to warranty@willleathergoods.com, which goes to our new customer service/warranty manager. He does not have the login information for Jotform either.

    Hello Darleen! We do have an account registered with the email address warranty@willleathergoods.com. As you already have access to this email address, you can reset the password to gain access to this account.
