Accessing europe datacenter setting (HIPAA account)

    Hello - how can I access the Europe Datacenter setting on my account? I thought it would be available under "Data" but I can't seem to find it there. Is there somewhere else I can look? Thanks in advance!

    Hello, Marissa

    As part of the HIPAA protection, accounts that are with HIPAA compliance activated can't be migrated to different datacenters.

    If you need to make sure that your data is located in Europe, you might want to disable the HIPAA compliance, wait for our team to complete the removal and, after which you'll be able to make the migration.

    At the end of the process you can re-enable the HIPAA compliance.

    Hi - thank you for the information. I don't need to access the data in Europe. The reason I was asking is because I am having trouble accessing fields from Jotform submissions in Zapier. I thought it might be related to the Europe Datacenter setting in JotForm. But from the information you provided it looks like my account is set to Europe DataCenter = No.

    Hi,

    Are you still encountering the issue with Zapier? If so, could you provide a bit more details so that we could take a look into it?

    Please note that Zapier is not HIPAA compliant, and Jotform also does not claim a HIPAA compliant integration with Zapier. Protected fields on a form will not have their data sent to Zapier. To send the fields, you would need to disable PHI on the fields you are wanting to send.

    Hi Laura - yes still having trouble with Zapier. This is the jotform that I am working with. All of the fields on this form have the PHI enabled but I am able to access all except for "Your Name" and "Date of birth" but it's unclear why that is.
