Jotform Tables: Received notification but payment submission is not showing

    HI There

    My team have received 2 notification orders by email but it has not shown up on the payment submission under the YC Yavneh College form.

    The orders from Caroline Field and Yoni Smith are missing and both orders were made on Monday.

    Why has this happened?

    There appears to be flaws on the system. Each week we encounter another problem.

    Hi Nick, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    Previously, we encounter an issue with our EU server. However, our back-end team have found the roots of the problem and resolved it.

    Regarding the empty fields on your Tables, I have clear your form cache, and you should be able to see them now: https://eu.jotform.com/tables/203397643222353
