Hello.
I am looking for a short subscription-based order form (plugin) that has fields for just their e-mail address, card number, date and CVC.
Do you have such a form?
If you do, I need it to show an error message to the user if they typed in the wrong card number, date and CVC.
Do you have a plugin for that, too?

Hi,
You can simply use one of our payment widgets and use the recurring payment option. If an invalid card is entered, the widget will show an error.
Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/166-how-to-setup-a-recurring-payment-option
You can find sample subscription forms in the link below:

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Hello Perry,
Our payment processors such as Stripe, Square, Authorize.net, PayPal, etc have credit card fields for users to input their card information. If any of the card information entered is incorrect, the payment field automatically shows an error.
Here is a demo form using Square: https://form.jotform.com/203507507248050
When a wrong card number is entered, an error is shown:
Do review and let us know if you have any further questions.

I tested the form on my end and it shows me this error:
As you can see, it was able to identify that the card number and expiration date is invalid. I'm not sure what's shown on your end. Would you mind sharing a screenshot that we can check? Here's a guide on how-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum.
