I updated my email address in my account, but JotForm still forwards notifications to my previous email address. Help?

    I also made sure the email address was the "recipient" for form results.

    May I ask you, are you using the Test Email button or making an actual submission? Please make an actual submissions with your form to test the notification recepient email,and you should be able to get notification to the right email address. Clicking the "Test Email" button will only send a test notification to the email address associated with your account. We've made it this way to prevent abusive users using this feature for mass mailing or spam purposes.
